OUR STUDIO
We are a pole dance studio located in Mparntwe (Alice Springs).

There is a strong community of pole dancers here in the central desert. Our studio is home for this community.
In 2023, Spin 'n' Flex was born off the back of years' commitment from previous pole studios: Desert Pole Fit and Polart Fitness. Spin 'n' Flex continues this legacy of pole studios in the central desert.

Of course, we will support all of your pole goals, whether it be gaining strength, flexibility or specific dance skills. However, above all, our priority is that you FEEL GOOD in yourself.

Feeling good, powerful and confident in your body is the most important goal that we focus on in all our classes.
COMMUNITY
Our community is the heart and soul of our studio. Pole is a fantastic way to meet new people and make friends. Our pole studio in the desert has seen life-long friendships develop, including ♥ romantic partnerships ♥ (ooooh) and even pole babies! We love our pole family and we know you will too ♥.
